Pets of Protest

Dear Readers,

There are many amazing posters flying high in protests right now in cities all over the world supporting what is considered the largest civil rights movement in history. Wow. But for every active participant, there are many more sitting comfortably in inaction, apathy, or complacency. To avoid yelling in my own echo chamber, I made a series of posters to encourage the ones who have yet to move.

Note: This is not a solution; this is merely a way finding tool to encourage people to find a real one. Please do your research, donate, or act where it will really count.

I invite anyone (especially if you are living in a predominantly rich, white, neighborhood) to distribute because no one wants Justice to be lost forever. Below are PDFs for download and PNGs to post.

If you choose to put them up:

Do not put them on or near a Black Lives Matter poster or a poster with a url to make a change—those take priority. Do not detract attention from truly effective posters.

Avoid the echo chamber. Put these in high foot traffic areas where people who "want things to go back to normal" will see them.

Be safe.
