Redesign a website for a leading B2B brand in customer analytics

ForeSee Website Redesign

Concept + Execution

Their website had over 60 pages, filled head to toe with clip art and clunky compositions. My producer and I had to figure out a way to consolidate the structure and give it a major visual facelift. Tonally, it needed to be the perfect balance between professional and playful, exciting and informative. The project called for many sleepless nights and boxes of pita crackers from fellow teammates.

My Responsibilities

  • Responsive Web Design
  • Icon Illustration
  • Art Direction

Shoutouts

  • Garner Dumas: GIF animations

Below is a snapshot of an early style board I put together for ForeSee's approval. At the time, ForeSee was going through a brand redesign and all that had been established was the logo and two colors. I used the updated angles from the new logo as a motif for developing the rest of the visual language.

I used bright, colorful blocks, iconography, and warm photography to liven up the Products page.

ForeSee would also be using assets we made for the website for other sales and marketing materials. So, I made them a ton of custom icons. Here's a snapshot:

Most of those icons were turned into gifs, giving the website a little more heart.

I had the luxury of working in the same office as the developer, who helped turn my idea into a functional design. Still, putting together a guide helped organize and smooth the translation from design to development.
